Placement, size, style, and any reference art or a photo of the spot. The quote form takes pictures. You get a straight price and your session count back.
2. Sit down and talk it through
The consultation is free. We draw it up, you change what you want, and we both know it's right before the gun touches your skin.
3. Your time in the chair
The clean station, the drawing you approved, and aftercare written down when you leave. Aftercare is here if you want to read it now.

Bert's Ink sits just a few miles off the Mother Road between Williams and Seligman. Travelers stop on the way to the Canyon or the way home, and a Route 66 piece from a small shop in a small town is the kind of souvenir you never lose. How to plan it.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We're by appointment, which is how you get our full attention for your piece. Passing through with a gap in the day? Text (928) 637-5129 first and we'll tell you straight whether today works. Book your consultation for anything bigger.
How do I get a price?
Send the idea. Size, placement, style, and any reference art or a photo of the spot. The quote form takes pictures, and we come back with one straight number for the whole piece and how many sessions it will take. Shop minimum is $100. The rest of the straight answers are here.
Is there a deposit?
$50 holds your day and comes off the final price. Need to move it? 48 hours notice and it moves with you. It stays good for 90 days.
What about touch-ups?
One free touch-up inside 90 days. Follow the aftercare sheet and you will rarely need it.
Do you do cover-ups?
Yes. Cover-ups and reworks are a specialty. Send a clear photo of what you have and what you want it to become.
Where are you, and when?
4915 N Double A Ranch Rd, Ash Fork, AZ 86320, just a few miles north of historic Route 66. Between Williams and Seligman, right off I-40. Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, by appointment. Travelers are welcome, and a lot of them stop.
How old do I have to be?
18 and up, ID required. No exceptions, and no offense meant.
Gift cards?
Any amount, year round. Pick one up in the shop or text (928) 637-5129 and we'll have it ready.
Can I get a Route 66 piece on the way through?
That's a favorite here. Text a day or two ahead with your date and a photo of the idea and we'll tell you what fits.
